A beautiful day in Los Angeles should not be put to the waste. My roommates and I decided to go sight seeing earlier this semester and ended up The Bonaventure Hotel. The Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites was exactly what I expected Los Angles to look live everywhere. This building was absolutely gorgeous and the most modern building I had ever seen. It was covered in glass and everything about it was luxurious. Stepping in to the building I knew it had to cost a fortune to stay there. It is the nicest building I have ever stepped into. I was very shocked to see one of the floors was very isolated and looked like there had been no business in very long. Besides that the interior was just as gorgeous as the exterior. Not one picture that I took was a bad one. Every angle of the hotel was stunning. We were able to down to where there was a theater, which really took me by surprise. This hotel itself could be enough entertainment on its own.
The Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites is a hotel that was opened 1976. It is 35 story hotel that has the architectural design of a modern New York structure. The interest thing is that this very modern design was constructed in the 1970s and remains a modern building today. It is the largest hotel in the entire city. I was amazing to get a chance to see such a beautiful hotel. The building is considered “postmodern design.” Many movies were filmed here and were shown to display a futuristic view of Los Angeles.
